Replays/Extra Time

What's the story with extra time and replays?  I thought there was to be extra time in any drawn game this year but was told yesterday it was only the first round - yet I've just seen Leinster Quarter final fixtures and they has extra time if necessary?  Can someone refresh  my memory as to what exactly was agreed??

There is no extra time for provincial semis onwards- period. I presume there is extra time in the qualifiers as usual.

Yeah I think there's extra-time in the qualifiers aswell, and replays start from AI quarter-final stage onward.
