Do you not see me on my high perch, face dry, absent of tears. I condemn both clubs, particularly Clonoe in this instance. Not Just or man enough to stop non-players entering the field of play but willing to punch unconscious men in the head. The County's Justice would suggest they should have had two men suspended and their field closed for a period of time, a month say. 300 Euro fine wouldn't even cover two training sessions for their paid manager. This reaks of corruption.

Just out of curiosity, who diagnosed that Mc Dermott was unconscious before he got punched while on the ground?

Have you saw the video?

Knock Yer Mucker In

No, I haven't, is under lights a doctor who can diagnose from a video? can you?

Off camera there was an exchange between Lavery and daisy one bang each. On video this has already happened and probably would have ended there. From video the big 20 hits daisy and on the way down another lad hits him as he is falling hard to see but you can catch it.  Then he walks round and out to the side don't know who he is but he is not togged out. Then grey hoodie hits daisy on the ground. There are another two swings one from grey hoodie again and one from another black haired lad not togged out it and that was it over. Players all realised it was a bad injury. Up to this in the game there was no bother. Few high tackles but both teams got on with it.

Non players entering the field of play- possibly jumping fences to get onto the pitch to throw punches. Field closure for me Clive.

Game declared void Daisy proposed 3 month suspension....no other suspensions....

300 euro fine each....

Funny decision imo....
I will assume the fine is for not cintrolling their players.
Daisy, on the evidence of a neutral umpire, punched a player so his ban is deserved.
Clonoe 20, arrived at the same time as the rest of the Clonoe bench and whilst his shoulder into the back of Daisy did damage it was not a strike so I can see how he gets away with it.
Clonoe sub / mentor in the grey top is a lucky man. Can we assume Errigal did not provide the video to the CB?

Players and management on the field.

He makes no attempt to get off the ground, clearly out cold.

Pitch closed over a one minute scuffle with about 4 punches thrown?? lol wise up

Non Players/supporters storming the pitch is the main issue here. Are you saying that the punishment handed out here is fitting of the brief video clip we saw. At the end of the day, the man in charge of officiating that game saw the incident to be that serious that he has declared the game abandoned and not to be replayed.  Pitch closure for a period of time is the only way that clubs would consider controlling their own hallions.  SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE BEEN KILLED FOR f**ks SAKE.

No I can't - I understand your treating this like a court case but in my opinion it looks like he is out cold from seeing the video.

Much similar to the way in a boxing match the commentator might say he has knocked his opponent out cold there - I can't wait for the day when I'm watching boxing and hear the commentator say we'll have to wait to see if we can get a doctors report to see if this man is knocked out!!!  ;D

i dont disagree with you.....

When was the last time a Club team got their field closed??

Coalisland had their pitch closed in the not so distance past after a small melee with Moortown on their pitch (Correct me if I am wrong as the memory is hazy)
All home games the following year where played away.
Donaghmore gave us the gate at our game with them so kudos to them.
I believe we then gave them the points.

Fair play to them for paying for them that day - They usually ask for them for free!!! King of Point getters the Donaghmore men.

The referee needs to be there to see it to report it does he not?
