We only ever hear about "black on black" crime. To conservatives, only when blacks commit crime does race come into it as a factor or underlying cause. This is why white people are consistently described as "troubled" or "mentally ill" when they go shooting up a church, or cinema, or school, or commit any other type of crime. But when a black person commits a crime, conservatives can only see their race.

all these are publicized but do you not think people call the cops on white , Asian , Hispanics for no reason all the time ? what do you think the % of 911 calls on black people are legit ?  Wait until the crime happens to call 911 is a great policy until you are at receiving end . If you feel in danger no matter who the person is you should be able to call the police without fear of being charged with a crime .
