Funny how the Sky commentators kept saying we are temporarily top of the league. They really are dying for City to win it. Some craic if Chelsea win this evening ?
Chelsea win tonight and you can say this is Liverpool's Premier league title to lose.

Only an idiot would say that ........... oh wait ......

:D

Yeah with not even half a season played in a 2 horse race with a , potentially, slim lead over one of the best teams ever in the premier league they would be throwing it away if they didn't hold out for over half a season :o

Cunny Funt

I predicted Liverpool to be City's closest challengers before a ball was kicked this season. The manner of Liverpool's win in the Derby last week and winning a number of other games without playing well and solid defensively is a sign that 2019 could be Liverpool's year.

The so called unbeatable Manchester City are now the chasers and their injury list to key players is mounting. Meanwhile Liverpool supporters right now.

Capt Pat

We are top of the league at last.

City, again, didn't show great character when the chips were down. I would still have them as favourites though(non liverpool fan).

How much did you have on them ?

Only year in 10 years I haven't back them, they were too short at start of year, I really do hope they win this year, the internet will crash

Top of the league and still unbeaten. All eyes on Napoli now. Big performance there and a chance to rest players next weekend before a busy Christmas. Going along nicely !
