Things were going ok for Liverpool until Ronnie Whelan said it's just eleven against eleven and nothing out of this world about this Real Madrid side. Liverpool another side that can't or know how do defend.

Actually as strange as it may sound when you are 3 down at half time I would say some of that was the best Liverpool have played this season.
Its the shambolic defending that's letting them down time and time again.

Liverpool haven't been that bad going forward and were unlucky not to get a goal or two.
First two goals while they were great finishes they were bad defending also and the 3rd was a joke.
Madrid defo could have scored a few more though.
Men against boys stuff really.
