Good to see the owners taking some action - they're obviously well aware of the club's history and where this club should be and aren't going to tolerate the results and performances from the league this season. Liverpool's league position doesn't lie, just not good enough and somebody had to take responsibility.  Liverpool are at a bit of a crossroads - settle for being a mid table type of club and accept mediocrity or strive again for the very top. The owners have been giving the financial backing to support the team's development but the current position could have obtained with a quarter of the financial outlay.

Are you for real? Fenway sports have invested heavily into Liverpool FC franchise in the hope of a return in their investment. The only way they are going to get that is by being in the champions league. That isn't going to happen so someone or maybe more will take the fall.

These people are ruthless businessmen, not fans!

Pure mess of a goal

Deserved lead for Everton. No one playing well in red, Henderson and Downing have been horrible, Henderson will never be a wide mid fielder.  Jellyfish giving the centre backs a run around, moving the whole defense about to fit in Carragher has come back to bite !
