I'd tend to agree with the sentiment that Kerry were really lucky last year , the two best teams in Ireland both lost their semis last year. My dream year would be to beat Kerry in the final but I think it will be cork will be facing this year.

The 2 best teams in Ireland last year conceeded 3-14 and 3-16 in their respective semi finals and Cork are the team to beat this year?

That gas pipeline ye have up there must be leaking or something..

Cork thing was more of tongue n cheek to fit in with me saying Mayo are a sure thing for the final type joke . But I do think cork will beat Kerry and have backed cork for Munster in an accum.

To get back to the other point I was deadly serious ,how Dublin lost that semi final I'll never fathom , if they were to play ten games Dublin would of won the other nine . As for us , we were fookin robbed but sure if you're Mayo you can't complain because ........................................

Syferus, you're not going to win Connacht , get it outta your head lad . Business as usual now , no more shite talk . We will beat Galway by 9 points in salthill and Ros by 8 in castlebar and your dream will be dashed in 70 mins of castlebar sunshine on 19th July . Fools.

Such delusions..hard to know where to start. Still towing the "Mayo were robbed" fantasy line I see.  ::)

As for Cork, I'd love to know what exactly you're basing that on?

Well we can start with the most blatant refereeing error I have seen.

Man pulls down attacker in the square, penalty awarded for it , card follows , black/yellow or red , he was gone . Would Kerry have drawn that game in 70 mins with 14 men , would they folk as like. Kerry get more decisions than any other county , sin e.
Walk-in down mchale rd , sun out, summers day , game day . That's all .

In fairness it has since transpired that Cormac Reilly forgot to put the Black Card in his pocket for the first half of the game, hence the reason he was not able to produce it. These things happen i suppose!  ;)

Can I just say that I am 37 years watching Gaelic football and that there was nothing lucky or dodgy about Kerry's win. They had no help from any outside source on the day. You have to take you beating and move on!

Well done Kerry! Ye showed us that Mayo are still way off the mark when it comes to beating a real power in Gaelic football. So I would advise any Mayo football fan with any grievance about this game to crawl back under the same stones they crawled under in '04 and '06.

Like I said, delusional. Still blaming the ref, moaning about "Kerry get more frees" etc..stupid stuff.
Few people in Kerry made the same mistake after 2011 final, blaming Joe McQuillan when the fact was McQuillan was poor, but Kerry being sloppy with possession and making errors on the line was what really cost us.
Similarly, Mayo were wiped at midfield in Limerick and went to sleep for around 50 minutes total that day, left a fullback being destroyed on for too long, etc etc..but shur forget all that, blame the referee.  ::)

I'd like to hear exactly where/how you see Cork beating Kerry or any top 5 team aswell?

100%! Referee should never be blamed for the result of that game. I can't understand why Horan took off Cillian O'Connor and Aidan O'Shea for the large portion of the period of 50 minutes where Mayo fell asleep? Shows the incompetence of the Mayo side line I suppose.

Once again Well done Kerry!

Cillian had one eye closed after a bad collision with Aiden O'XI. I understand both were checked for concussion.

I am assuming that was sarcasm FTB?

Is that what happened? I must have fell asleep (like the Mayo team) during that period of the game! ;)
