Week 2.

Senior Championship:

Group A:

Abbeylara v Ardagh/Moydow, Friday, 8pm, Edgeworthstown
Dromard v Mullinalaghta, Saturday, 7pm, Aughacordrinan
Killoe v Rathcline, Saturday, 7pm, Ballymahon

Abbey and Killoe should be able to consolidate their qualification positions while Dromard and Mullinalaghta face off to see who of those two should be in the stronger position.

Group B:

Clonguish v Granard, Thursday, 8pm, Pearse Park
Colmcille v Carrickedmond, Friday, 8pm, Cloonee
Longford Slashers bye

The championship favourites face off against last week's surprise packets, while the two heavy losers face a crucial game for which Colmcille should, should, be the stronger.

Odds:

No update from Paddy Power this week.

BoyleSports (https://www.boylesports.com/sports/gaa/outrights):

Clonguish 13/8 6/4
Killoe 11/4 2/1
Granard 12/1 4/1
Colmcille 11/4 5/1
Dromard 10/1 15/2
Abbeylara 16/1 8/1
Mullinalaghta 12/1 10/1
Longford Slashers 33/1 20/1
Rathcline 16/1 20/1
Carrickedmond 20/1 33/1
Ardagh/Moydow 33/1 80/1

A little bemused by Dromard coming in on the odds after an unimpressive last-gasp win against Ardagh/Moydow.

Sideliner

Some jump in the odds for Granard. After a couple of rounds of the group, the odds are less likely to jump around so much.

If Granard get a win tonight, they'll come in even further!!

Surprised that Granard hammured Colmcille and Slashers hammuring Carrickedmond.

Could be a prettyu open championship this year.

Who will be fancied in the Intermediate.
Connollys or the Windies?
