My County: Cavan

Football Hopes for 2010:
Hmmm, want to see Seniors unearth 1 or 2 new players in the league while holding their own in the table - promotion and a title would be amazing.
In the Championship, I would love to see them do a Wicklow or Antrim - good run in the provincal champo - then take a few sclaps in the Qualifiers... last 16 or 12 would be magic

Under 21s: A decent run in the Ulster campaign i.e. gettin to a final and then on the day who owns

Minors:  Pretty much the same as the Under 21s, however a Ulster final appearance would mean a All Ireland Quarter final spot which would be unbelievable

Football Fears for 2010: If I'm honest, another year like 2009 wouldn't be ideal  :-[

Hurling Hopes for 2010: Haven't a clue or much interest to be honest but best of luck to them

Asal have you started hitting the Christmas sherry a bit early? ;D

Perhaps he wants Mayo to win after a hard slog and then Galway to waltz in beat us in the first round in 2011 and win Sam at a canter, just to show us how is it is and how hard we make it look!

This has been done a few times around this time of year.
My County: Mayo

Football Hopes for 2010: Senior Champions with a spine of young guns stepping up to the plate (Caff, Cunniffe, Higgins, Parsons, O'Shea), no reason the U-21s couldn't do it also.
Football Fears for 2010: Off-pitch events justify Barney's annual pessimism and for once I think it could happen, McHale Road, O'Shea off to Oz.

Hurling Hopes for 2010: Promotion to Division 2 (everytime we get there we are 'relegated' by a re-structuring), also an end to the constant re-structuring.
Hurling Fears for 2010: win Division 3 and re-structured into division 4

Predictions for 2010:

Football Provincial Champions: Sligo (the hard way beating Mayo Galway & Ros), Cork, Kildare, Tyrone
Football All Ireland Winners: Mayo (beating Tyrone)

Hurling Provincial Champions: Galway, Waterford
Hurling All Ireland Winners: Galway

MWWSI 2017

Hurling Hopes for 2010: Good league. Get to All-Ireland final. Take it from there.
Hurling Fears for 2010: Lose first day out to Wexford and fail to recover after that.

Predictions for 2010:

Football Provincial Champions: Cork, Kildare, Tyrone, Galway
Football All Ireland Winners: Cork

Hurling Provincial Champions: Kilkenny, Tipperary, Antrim
Hurling All Ireland Winners: Kilkenny
