Unreal performance from Healy. That win as been coming for a while, to the point that it was maybe overdue and he delivered spectacularly.

Really nasty finish too.

Outstanding performances. Over the moon for Ben Healy.

Square Ball

Watched the last 2 hours of it, he was absolutely fantastic. The live shot went to him just after he got of the bike and of course he used the F word, commentator apologised on his behalf

Pogacar again today. Almeida had a nasty crash and remains to be seen how he is. Huge blow to Pog if he's forced out.

Healy and Dunbar both crashed but seem ok.

Can Healy win another stage? 12 away and over 5 mins in front of the peloton with 32 km to go

He can but is burning a lot of matches. I guess his priority today is get in yellow, stage win would be a bonus. He is such a scrapper.

Has he a chance of the overall win?

Brilliant stuff. Thoroughly deserved for the shift he put in. Stage win was never going to happen given they made him do all the work but that should hopefully more than make up for it.

Interesting battle today between Pogacar and Vingegaard. Pog had no bother containing the Visma attacks without his teammates and JV heroes on to his wheel handily enough when he attacked himself.

Vingegaard had a very strong air of confidence there in the post race interviews. With Almedia gone for UAE Vingegaard's chances have definitely increased, the first day in the Pyrenees will be illuminating!

Amazing that it is 38 years since an Irish man wore yellow.
Whatever happened Sam Bennett, who was  Sean Kelly's protégé?

34/35 and on the downward slope, didn't make the Decathlon AG2R team cut. Hes won a couple of lower tier races this year - did a bit of a deep dive on his fortunes recently after watching his TDF episode on Netflix.
