Surprised you actually went to a meaningless game.. surely there's better things to do?

Assessing ref tonight I had to go

Would like a read at that, between the rugby scrums he allowed (like the county final) and mouthing at Creggan supporters by the clubrooms mid game it would make for a good read.

Ah, supporters allowed to give abuse but ref can't defend himself.. gotcha

2 wrongs do not a right make.

However its unsurprising to see you defend such behaviour since you called a Moneyglass spectator a f*t c**t a few years back.

Was this the same spectator that made physical threats and daughter tried to hold him back?

Wise up.. he wasn't too sensitive hurling abuse the whole game.. when confronted he hadn't much to say

Hectic

I don't mind seeing referees giving a bit back.

Normally it's a response.

Can't think of any time a referee has started on a spectator first.

And responses are occasional enough anyway.

But all adds to the entertainment you get for your fiver.

It's really simple enough, it's always a reaction. As for the two wrongs, such a stupid comment, if they ain't hurling abuse then there is none coming back..

But it's inbred in some, they feel for their fiver that the ref is fair game. Every club has them lol

I'll give you that 1, I recall being at a Lamh Dhearg game where a 'big' fan of theirs hurled abuse at umpires for missing something off the ball. When I told him to wise up his response was 'I paid my fiver I'll do what I want' - found out later he works for a solicitors office. Couldnt make it up.

This is why the county boards in the place it is.

Even if it is to a moneyglass man 😜

What has this got to do with the state of the county board you clown?

Typical Cloney man , I do not condone his words to a supporter but to say this is affecting the county board ?

Hectic

Thought the county board could have done more to stop the Trump/Musk row from escalating.

Too many Belfast men on it to sort it out.

You'd be better asking a neutral on this occasion.

HealthySaff

Heard the same . Probably be brushed under the carpet. CCC won't be allowed to go after a Magee's Man surely.

And they won't be allowed to go after a member of the current county senior back room team either.

That's probably right. Is the game v Wexford online anywhere? Big game

Big game for Antrim but not a big game for the likes of television I'd imagine. I'm sure there's a partisan local radio station that'll have it
