Where's the confidence coming from the United supporters?

Beating better sides than Spurs in cup competitions in the last couple of seasons including Barcelona,Liverpool,Arsenal,Man City and Athletic Bilbao?

So in the end a Cup win for United doesn't paper over the cracks and it's officially United's worst season for many decades and the state the club are in it could well be their last European game for some time.

Wouldn't mind if Spurs played out of their skins and dominated the game but instead they got a goal out of nothing where Shaw,Maguire and Onana should have done better and 2nd half Spurs didn't have a single shot on goal and had just 84 passes.  Tactics I wouldn't have expected Postecoglou to use though they worked as United huffed and puffed in front of white wall and ran out of ideas long before the final whistle.  Well done Spurs poor season they were having also and ends with silver lining of a first trophy in 17 years.
