Got charged £6.90 for a pint in town yesterday, it made me go back and compare vs this list from October 2021.

Laverys up £1.50 a pint.
Perch up around 80p a pint.
Grand Central pints down from £10 to £8, mustn't be selling. You wouldn't knock £2 a pint off if they were flowing.
A few places no longer showing pint prices online, maybe too much hassle updating regularly.

red hander

The Guinness in Nancy Mulligan's is shite. Far better in Hercules up the street.

They are scandalous prices in Lavery's. You'd think it was a 5-star hotel!

It's not a hotel, but a carefully managed cartel of venue owners.

Gouging c***ts the lot of them, do not deserve our business.

Was in Dublin for a gig a couple of weeks ago - the cheapest place for a pint of stout was the Conrad Hotel - Toners and Hartigans were 7.20. The Conrad was 7 euro plus I got complementary nuts and olives.

Things are bad when Belfast is dearer than Dublin!
