Ok first half. Second half was turd. 2 bald men fighting over a comb. Zero quality. Plus side is a few more lads got a run out, vata has potential but looked lost tonight

A very low bar in fairness. Bulgaria are terrible. They had top players in the past like Barbatov, Petrov, Stoichkov but not near that quality now.

They lost to them away

Decent result but was a poor game, should beat them 3 or 4 in the home leg

Decent result, second goal was quality. Bulgarian defence very poor and we should have scored more. Surface was terrible but still, some of our play and ball control was poor enough. He might have had a hand in the first goal but some of the deliveries from Robbie Brady were criminal.
Onto Dublin now, we should be beating these guys again no questions or excuses.

Danes beat Portugal 1 nil at home. Probably won't be enough going to Lisbon.

Don't watch much of this Ireland team and evidently deciding to sit down and watch the second half with the young fella didn't do much to suggest anything remotely positive in them other than the we lad out on the right who could go past people but end product/decision making was poor so any half opportunities were spurned.

Brady's last few balls into the box from free kicks and corners were worse than woeful considering the height advantage of some of the Irish lads, just get it in the danger zone and let them do their thing FFS.

Ireland can't afford to take Bulgaria for granted tonight. Scotland got beat 3 nil at home by Greece after winning the away leg one nil.

I doubt Scotland took Greece for granted. They played well in the first leg and unlucky to lose. They beat England home and away last year ,so were capable of performing in Scotland.

All the possession and nothing to show for it. The final ball is so poor, no-one seems to have the notion to have a shot once in a while. Defense rarely tested yet concede. It's the same stuff over and over again

Unlucky to concede that goal - totally against run of play.
Ireland have been very watchable this week and maybe that is because Bulgaria are no great shakes.
Was enjoying Ireland knocking the ball around prior to the goal. Good build up play but no end result.
Hopefully they will win tonight - there is a bit of promise in this team.
