God bless  Martin O Néill for not capping Rice. Why would you want him playing for Ireland  when you've seen  what  ultimately happened?

Surprised at the hype and build up to this game.  Ireland were never getting a result. 
Half the Ireland support are there to watch their Premier league heroes.  They have probably never been at an Ireland game in their lives.  How many will be watching them play greece or Finland.  They're the games that we'll see how the new manager is doing.  Problem being that the FAI left it so long to appoint anyone that he has had little to no time to do anything
