I see he's coming to Boyle for a talk in with Paul Rouse and others as part of their Arts Festival in late July.
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

You should go Ross.

Light entertainment on various topics I'd say. Be interesting way to pass an evening.

Hopefully I'll be helping various Ros lads to source AI Final tickets that day ;D

For lads that despise Joe he's made it to 442 pages on the board. The only worse thing for the likes of Joe than being talked about is not being.

But as he struggled to understand, it's not about him. I don't care if he likes that people are slagging him off. If calling him a tw@t gives him kicks, so be it. I'm still happy enough to call him that.

Quote from: Truthsayer on July 02, 2024, 02:37:42 PMDecent podcast today. Didn't really mention Harte, didn't need to as is obvious to everyone now it was a poor move by Derry. Cathaoir O'Kane even calling that out.
Dion came into his own today was quite funny... enjoyable enough GAA review..

Dion invited Joe to pay tribute to Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh at the end of the episode. Joe however immediately took the opportunity to talk about himself  :'(

Well done you found something. I heard him talk about the university boys being asked to Kerry training ( for players based in Dublin) and how their trainer Michéal always asked Jack O'Shea to explain everything to them..

Found soemthing? Well it's not exactly hard is it! Dion brought up the topic of the Kerry lads training in Dublin with Mícheál and invited Joe to pay tribute. Joe replied by talking about himself. The only thing he said about Mícheál in his tribute to him was that he liked Jack O'Shea.

And as Dion brought up topic of training Kerry lads in Dublin it  followed that Joe would say he was at those training sessions. I thought it was interesting.. is how the conversation veered to that training but as I say if you want to be offended by him you'll stay to the end to you find something.
There you go again with the "offended" claim lol. To put your mind at ease, Brolly has never "offended" me, so you can stand down with that argument once and for all.
My point remains, in an attempt by Dion to get Joe to pay tribute to M O'M, its merely a statement of fact that Joe immediately began to talk about himself, and said nothing about M O'M beyond that he liked Jack O'Shea.

Like 2 bald men fighting over a comb, keep going lads

Maybe Truthsayer is the glamorous brunette

The well known story of Marty Penrose saying he never spoke to Harte ever ofc. Just once if someone asked for evidence of these fake stories lol

Turned off todays episode after 15 minutes when I realised it was the same as 5 of the previous 7 episodes: relentless, repetitive personal attacks on Mickey Harte. It's getting tedious. The sooner they get back to talking politics/current affairs the better.

maldini

He'll be back shedding tears over men dressed up as women being unable to use a female changing room once the football seasons over

imtommygunn

He also has the right to be criticised for the level of vitriol out of him...

imtommygunn

He loses all sense of rationale. Seems quite common with him.
