Have you not watched the last four games? Sent them out with the bizarre tactics against Donegal that saw them overturned time and again and a keeper hung out to dry scampering to get back to goal... and then persevering with it including the Westmeath game where the All Ireland contenders scrapped past a Div 2 or 3 team or whatever they are. Definition of insanity is repeating the same behaviour and expecting different result...

Lads, the reason for the slump is because effectively Derry are without a manager at present. Harte offers nothing on the sideline, doesn't open his mouth in the dressing room and leaves all the training to Devlin. There are a number of players with whom he has had zero interaction with. As in, he has never spoken to. Players are not stupid, they see things with their own eyes. They smell the bullshit. Gallagher believed and invested his soul into Derry and the players responded in kind. Harte is an imposter and shame on our County board for appointing him.

The story on todays podcast about him asking Gerry Adams onto the podcast at the weekend there sounded like he was making it up as he went along

I thought it was very believable.
Remarkable that's all you took from the podcast. I found it very depressingly accurate bout the state of politics and how FG and FF are giving a tacit nod to right wing thugs while the Gardai take no action against them. I saw the footage of the attack they referred to.. it was horrific.
I suppose when you go to Brolly podcast looking for something to berate him about, you'll find it, no matter how innocuous.

Who said it was all that I took from the podcast?
The next story about Adams was also far fetched. As if he went to a funeral of a veteran Republican with Brollys gaelic life article folded up on his pocket in case he was there.

Were you thinking the same thing   after  Harte led Derry to   the league title?

I thought it and said it as soon as he was appointed. Derry were superb in the final, but it was a Dublin team minus 5 key men. Also the teams we beat before that were all well below full strength apart from maybe Mayo. I take no pleasure in seeing Derry struggle under Harte but there is no doubt the players have lost faith in management. We have the players to beat Mayo, especially with injuries clearing up and mckinless back.
