Nothing really. The evidence would still be admissible in the same way as if it were reported normally. UK law is becoming less and less concerned with how evidence is gathered with a focus on only excluding evidence if it has been planted or in some other way tainted.

The major issue is more likely to be whether she is prepared to give evidence. If she's not it's less likely that the CPS would pursue the case but it will be up to them and ultimately won't be her decision.

Obviously a far smaller issue than what that poor girl had to go through, but footballing potential wise what a loss for United, most people rated him as the best young talent since Ronaldo and Rooney broke through.

I would say the Greenwood mess scuppered any plans to let Lingard go out on a loan.

Plus any danger of him signing a new contract - whether you think that is a good or bad thing, business wise its poor.

Think it was the right call for Donny to go, if he can go get some consistent games under his belt and get used to the PL then I still think he has the quality to come back and be a big player.

Anyway he is a bad wee ****, what a waste of talent. 100k+ a week from 18 lad thought he was invincible. I'd be very surprised if he did time though. He'll end up in Italy or somewhere.
