Messages - Never beat the deeler

Quote from: thewobbler on November 19, 2025, 10:44:02 PMThe 'Clifford' name is just a little bit OTT for my liking. They should have more confidence that the brand mark will seep into Irish consciousness without plastering his name in forty foot high words alongside.

Agree with this - and the decision to go with Kerry colours. You'd think they would have been working hard to present this as suitable for anyone to buy. I can see a lot of people being put off due to the fact they will be wearing a brand of a rival player / team.
The logo only (and maybe more neutral colur schemes to start out) removes that

edit to say - I wish him well and hope this venture is successful for him. I just think the campaign is poorly thought out

Quote from: Never beat the deeler on November 17, 2025, 01:18:10 AMCan someone point me towards an explainer on all this pot 2 / pot 3 stuff?

Looking at FIFA website there are 16 teams to get whittled down to 4, so 2 rounds of playoffs?

QuoteThe continent's four remaining berths will then be settled in a 16-team UEFA play-off competition involving the 12 group runners-up and four best-ranked UEFA Nations League section winners who did not finish in the top two of their World Cup qualifying groups.

The 16 teams will be drawn into four play-off paths, each featuring four teams, with single-leg semi-finals and finals taking place in March 2026.

Tragic, as he's my favourite player to watch when he's on song. Smooth as silk

But anyway, I digress 🤭
There was a story many moons ago that he'd a fella on him that would make a racehorse jealous. Maybe it was a story he started himself.

Quote from: Baile Brigín 2 on July 27, 2025, 02:17:15 PMSo the Flatley announcement.

It seems he is having planning issues on his gaff in Cork. To help move from holiday home to primary residence, he has proven his commitment to living in Ireland by announcing his bid.

and this is the clown talking about somebody needing to speak for the average person on the street FFS

Quote from: GalwayBayBoy on March 16, 2025, 01:54:23 PMThink I said half way through the league that given the fixtures they had left (including a not interested Donegal in the final round) that Mayo might end up in the league final.

Quote from: SouthOfThe Bann on February 23, 2025, 11:43:39 PMCan anyone remember from 2nd half of the Armagh Mayo game. A ball dropped short into Armagh man's hands in the square and he passed it back to Rafferty.

Whistle was blown i thought it was going to be a free in to Mayo but then Armagh had possession and a free.

Can anyone recall this? What happened here.

Fair bit of discussion on this over on the rules thread
