First Greenwood then Sancho and now Rashford. United are losing out big time with these players.

A comfortable 5-2 win over Norwich and Robo, Trent and Szoboslai all returning from injury. A god days work.

Maidstone beat Ipswich 2-1. I think they had 2 shots all game and they were both goals.

There will be no competition for manchester city now after Klopp goes.

Liverpool lead by 2 at half time. Fulham were better at Anfield.

Quote from: Hound on January 21, 2024, 06:43:51 PMGood win against a team in good form.

Absolutely cast iron pen not given to Jota when we were only 1 up and I thought that would come back to bite,  but they dug it out.

Very good performances and finishes from Jota and Darwin. It took us a while to get going, but during that period MacAllister was our driving force, one of his best games for us I thought. Konate playing really well, but if that was an injury he suffered at the end it could be very costly.

Young Bradley playing terrific, great to see an Irish lad holding his own

Jota was being punished for his dive against Newcastle. It was definitely a penalty today.

Lions and Bucs are tied up heading into the 4th quarter. I thought the Lions would win this handily.

Jaysus but Saltburn is a bit much. I didn't watch it but heard a few spoilers about it and read the plot on wikipedia. I don't plan to watch it in future either.

It's as good as over already.

20-0 now. 3 touchdowns to nil.

Unless De Bruyne gets injured City will win it.

Burnley got robbed by the ref and var last night. Burnley goalkeeper was clearly obstructed by a Luton player leading to an open goal and equaliser for Luton.

VAR or whoever was behind it last night clearly doesn't underdtand the game.

Liverpool got out of jail tonight against Fulham. A deflected shot from Jones flew in the net followed a short time later by a finish from Gakpo to put Liverpool 2-1 ahead. Up until then trailing to a Willian goal Liverpool could have gone further behind.

Quote from: thewobbler on January 09, 2024, 03:07:09 PMLevy had little or nothing to do with it. Harry Kane wasn't leaving Spurs so he could go sideways / backwards with United. It's not 2004 anymore folks.

Casemiro and Varane went backwards.  As did Mount , well sideways at least.   Onana and Antony  moved to a club with as  much chance (or less) of  success as the clubs they were with.  Their wages likely quadrupled  at United , so   Kane  could have been possible  had he been  offered a silly money contract
United need to get away from giving wankers crazy money. Young hungry lads like Garnacho are the way forward. Pricks like Sancho are a waste of time getting a clean fortune and not giving a f**k. Antony isn't good enough but his effort can't be faulted.

I think Sancho will do fine back at Dortmund.
