Did anyone pay forthat on pay per view?

A great result tonight considering the players we were missing. That was a completely second choice midfield that started and the issues at centre back and goalie.

When we have our best team back excluding Van Dijk we won't be too far away this year.

Why take off your 3 best forwards after 60 minutes?

Sounds like VVD has done his ACL - that's him out for quite a while then
Whats the usual time frame for that sort of injury?

Can be 9mths to a year

Closer to 6 months nowadays........after googling it 8 to 12 months for sportsmen to get back competing.

Cowboys season just took a nosedive. Dak Prescott appears to have a bad ankle injury.

Wimbledon is the big one isn't it? Roland Garros is simply not nearly as important except in Spain. Nadal is the greatest Spaniard

Wimbledon is the big one for anglophiles like yourself I'd say. It's the one for the big serving giraffes like Kevin Anderson, Richard Kraijcek, John Isner, Goran Ivanisevic, Mark Philllopoussis, Sampras etc where you just hammer aces all day long.

Roland Garros generally is the one for the mercurial European players with the craft and talent.

Federer though is not like a lot of the players you just named. He can do it all. He is exceptional.

Chiefs are tying with the Raiders 24-24 at halftime in Arrowhead. A possible big upset on the cards.

GF was dominant when Ronnie Whelan was winning European Cups . It is not the problem now and wasn't when we had a decent team.

I don't think the soccer crowd claim this.

Its not like Slovakia don't have handball or basketball to compete with.

Or ice hockey.

Back up to over 1000 cases what a disaster. The virus does not appear to be killing as many people this time around. Why is that? The old are not catchinng it as much in nursing homes? They are better at treating it? The virus has changed to a less lethal more contagious strain?

I always thought Johnston would have played for Australia. He had 2 caps for England at under 21 but no senior A caps.

A good performance from the boys in green tonight and it is only the euros. I want to go to the world cup. I wonder if Kenny is the man to bring us there.

The 2 best chances we had fell to Hourihane and Browne obviously not the best finishers in the squad.
