He only owns the bed and the banks.

He shouldn't own any of it. And outside of the bed and the banks what else is there? The water?

Nice to see Lough Neagh up there looking resplendent with its blue green coating!!

Who is held accountable...
No one

The Lough is owned by Lord Shaftsbury... in this day and age. A modern day absentee landlord. We should campaign to bring it into public ownership.

One of Thiago, Bajcetic, Endo, Trent alongside MacAllister and Szobo is a top quality midfield in my view. Jones, Elliott, Gakpo can fill in when injuries intervene. Thiago available this weekend, Baj back training too, though this week may be too soon for him.

We did dominate midfield for the first 30 min against a good Chelsea team last week. While the remainder of the game wasn't good , I thought it was more to do with too many players not being able to retain possession (and gifting it back to Chelsea), more than missing someone sitting in front of the back 4. Alexis and Szobo both had poor enough second halfs, but they both showed early on they are class operators, so they will settle and contribute lots.

If we are to splurge 70-80m on a player, I'd prefer a new top class defender.

"Baj" " Hendo" "Robbo" "Szobo" "Trent" "Virg" "Mo" "Bobby"

Cringe.

Maybe he knows them personally. Liverpool is a big family. Except in a pandemic and they want to lay off their staff. Or when the supported the racist Luis Suarez. But a big family all the same.

Kevin McGourty seems to be a cowboy, posing as a lawyer in Scotland

Kevin's not playing with the full deck.

Still a fair slope on the pitch and it's pretty short compared to most other pitch's, new complex is a great job though

I drove past and thought there was a slope but wondered was there really a slope or is it an illusion with the terrain around it. I didn't get a proper look. But thought they would have flatten it out. Maybe not?

Lol, "self respect". Catch yourself on. Routinely accept less money than you're owed, do you? Why should it be any different for a footballer?

It's not that he "feels" entitled. He is entitled, end of. That's how contracts work.

I totally get how contracts work and I agree he's 100% entitled to the money. The point I am making is that as a footballer with aspirations to play football you'd think he'd look for another club where he could play football. I am sure he looked last year and saw the EtH preferred a LB at CB instead of him? Surely he realises he's not going to play?

I'd say there's a few opportunists who just need quick access to cash they don't have to pay off other debt. I refuse to believe every single person is so stupid to think they'd get away with stealing money.

Did something similar not happen before with Ulster bank?

Know of a family all on benefits that cleaned out the local atm and they got away with it.
when the bank came knocking they said that they had spent all the cash and had no way of paying it back.
the bank didn't pursue it as they probably thought it would be like trying to get blood out of a stone
but in a case such as that those people should be made to pay the money back through their benefit payments imo.

Yeah, I'd say bank just let it go.  They'll just write it off.

Making huge profits and the bank wouldn't want the PR of court cases etc. as it'd keep their tech balls up in the limelight...and they wouldn't want that.

Would they f**k.
They'd wreck their credit score and they'd pass it to a debt collection agency who hound them. Whether they'd get anything out of it, I don't know but they definitely wouldn't let it go.

If he had any self respect he'd move on, money or not. I get that he feels entitled to pick up £200k odd a week for the next 2 years, but surely he can see the fans will not like that. It's a legacy of Woodward and OGS two absolute shitheads.

Could this thread not be done on the Armagh thread pages? How many steps would it take the admin to move this thread lol

What?
Why does it matter. Anyway I want to read about how Armagh are gonna win another All Ireland.

They should write another song for getting to the Ulster Semi final.

Yes and they had to pay it back. Obv some people who don't care about their credit score probably didn't. These people complain how things aren't fair yet only take from society and give nothing back. BOI and others should debank them. (unbank? whatever the term is).

When you're on the breadline it's all about the here and now!

This behaviour is why they are on the breadline.

Harry going to fight for his place.

From the BBC

Harry Maguire's move to West Ham is off with the defender intent on staying at Manchester United to fight for his place in the first team.

The England international, 30, looked set to join the Hammers after a £30m fee was agreed between the clubs.

Maguire struggled for first-team opportunities last season and was stripped of the captaincy this season.

However, United have maintained they would respect his wishes and did not want to push him out of the club.

He'll rot on the bench and lose his England place for the Euros. Not the smartest tool our Arry.
