apparently there are to be no starred games meaning county players are to be available for all games in 2008.

Where did you hear this clarshack? :o

QuoteAlso you could look at the point that Division 3 teams which could go up ie Tatts, Beragh, Clogher etc.. will be playing what would normally be considered division 1 teams..do anyone think this gap wuld be too great between teams?

Sure when we had leagues of 3*16s and as wel'll have in the future, this always happened. Teams from 1 went down to 2, and teams from 3 went up to 2. Thus meeting.

Fair point Norf but we havent had this situation in years where a 1A team could be playing a division 3 team as we have been realstically working with a 4 divisional all county leagues.

Anyone have any thoughts of returning to a 3 x 16 league format?

its flawed in the sense that you could have augher and eglish in divsion 1 while much better teams such as moy, clan na gael, loughmacrory, trillick etc end up in division 2. have to disagree but there is a gap. we've experienced it at first hand this year.

On the other hand, how do you feel the likes of these teams you mentioned, Moy Clan na Gael, Trillick etc would do in division 2 next year?  do you think they would stand out head and shoulders against the rest of the teams or would they find it difficult to regain their senior status?

Also you could look at the point that Division 3 teams which could go up ie Tatts, Beragh, Clogher etc.. will be playing what would normally be considered division 1 teams..do anyone think this gap wuld be too great between teams?

YMCA - hate the pressure of being the only one not interested in doing the movements.....(not homophobic or closeted)

There's another one 'The Time Warp'. Feck away aff and let me enjoy me stout.

ONeill, what about Rock the boat?Another pile of dung where you may be pressurised into the movements!!!!!  When you dont take part you are seen as a stick in the mud....but personally ill rather been seen as that than a bollocks lined up sitting on the floor rocking back and forth!!!

Think it was Desree singing Life or something shit like that
It had such cracking lyrics as:

'I dont wanna see a ghost, its the sight I hate the most, Id rather have a piece of toast'

Holy fcuk, what a pile of horse-shit

Exactly, I thought she'd have went for a Sunday roast there.

:D :D :D  Brilliant ONeill

No worries. I'll have to sign up for this setanta package now. it seems a good enough deal and the amount of money it will save me from not going down the pub to watch the matches will more than make up for the tenner.

Definately recommend getting Setanta, great coverage Liverpool Vs Villa was on saturday live.  Also good for any games either GAA or soccer that you missed at the weekend as they will usually be shown again some night during the week.

reina
finnan carra agger arbeloa(dont rate)
pennant gerrard masch riise
kuyt torres

You could be right with this team Charlie, but I think he might go a bit extra defensive as we are away from home and Toulouse had a good win at the weekend against Lyon.  Think he will play with one striker up front, iw ould like to see this line out if he where to go with one up front:

                 Reina
Finnan Carragher Agger Arbeloa,
          Masch  Sissoko
Pennnt                          Riise
             Gerrard
               Kuyt

Please feel free to slate my line up everyone :)

Lads, about 3 months ago I fell on my Knee during a training session on hard ground. It was a little painful at the time and there was bruising above/below the knee. I'd say after about 2 weeks the brusing was basically gone but since then whilst not in pain or anything, my knee (Just below the centre) has never felt quite right. I've been playing matches albeit at a low grade and heading to gym without any fuss but now and again still feel a twinge in it. Went to the Doctor and he reckoned that it prob just inflamation and that nothing broken. An xray confirmed this but why do I feel it's still not 100%?? Surely an xray wouldn't pick up other damage that perhaps a scan would? Maybe I'm just imagining the whole thing!

i would agree tintin that a lot of injurys and slight knocks is a mental thing.  Its true if you think about the injury it will annopy you and you will believe you are generally injured.  I know its difficult to take your mind off it though.

Ziggy

And I don't think the Tyrone ladies will keep you from slumbers.

Btw, what time do you last eat at night. I've heard that eating virtually nothing after 6pm could help a good night's sleep.

He wants advice on how to sleep, not a diet plan!!!  I dont agree that eating nothing all evening should help you sleep, thats pants.  A rumbling hungry stomach would keep me awake quickier than a full stomach!!!  Why after a big feed like out at a restaurant or Sunday dinner do you feel so drowsy and feel the need to sleep!!

To get me to sleep some nights, I would listen to the radio at a low volume and put the 'sleep' on for about an hour so it turns itself off.  Late at night listen to Downtown radio as its plays slow and chilled out songs late at night, anything like dance or headbanging music will not work!!!

Also, room must be black dark!!!no lights shining through, not even through the space under your bedroom door.  get yourself some thick curtains so it seems as if a solar eclispe has just taken place!!!

Teemore will be pushed by derrygonnelly, but the harps are over reliant on paul ward and he'll be well shackled by hughie brady. Teemore have real quality and with barry owens and ciaran o'reilly on the team you'd expect them to make the final.

Owens-quailty player as well known.  Not 100 % convinced by O'Reilly, very good free-taker but in the games ive seen him for Fermanagh,it is questionable at times what he contirbutes from play.  Where does he play for Teemore and how good is he at club level?

Also, are Gerald and Paddy Woods playing for Brookebourgh?
