Johnny Munroe probably is good enough player to make the squad but cant see an obvious role for him in the first team or off the bench, but this time last year i would have said something similiar about Rory Brennan, Conall McCann and Richie Donnelly when they were called up, so i will give him the benefit of the doubt.
Niall Sludden is bound to get a call up and hopefully Dwayne Quinn and PJ Laverty are brought back into the fold.
Kieran McGeary, Ruairi Mullan, Paudy Hampsey and Kieran McLaughlin also deserve the call up, although unfortunately cant see Hampsey getting the opportunity in the next two years anyway....

Good to see Hampsey called up, very impressive year for Under 21s and Coalisland. Has the potential there to dislodge Aidan McCrory from corner back.

What about full-back?  Is he good enough?

I would say McNamee has full back nailed down at this stage.

Whats the story with young sludden, heard he got the road from dromore? Be a big loss for them for championship

if that is true that he has been roaded from them plus the Tyrone u21 panel earlier the year, its doesn't look good on his behalf.

Aye heard he got the road shortly after their under 21 final defeat, wasnt turning up to training and different things.
Big loss but they can probably manage alright without him.

Does anyone have an idea on how many of last years u21s are still available in 2016?

Heard of games being changed before because of blessing of the graves, but usually well in advance and from the saturday to the sunday or something like that. Never seen a game being called of on short notice like this.

Word has it Mickey will only get his contract extended if he ends the RTE boycott because sponsors not happy and reportedly McAleer and Rushe will drop the sponsorship if the boycott doesnt end. Personally i think the RTE thing has gone on to long now and overshadowing the progress Tyrone are making.

Division 2 reserve league - Loughmacrory reckoned they won it - a few in the CCC decided otherwise  - Loughmacrory appealed the neighbour man's decision to make it a playoff and went to Ulster and they won hands down. The seemingly friendly neighbour seemed to do eveything to ensure that the noisy neighbours didn't get the trophy early on and it appears that the resident's committee have been duped into thinking that the best way to resolve the dispute is to take it to the highest authority and pour red diesel onto the fire. Meanwhile the clubs who played for most of the year have packed up and gone home and the cup trophy that was to be presented for the reserve league is lying in a cupboard or the back seat of some man's car.

Another fine mess we've got ourselves into. More trips to Armagh, Dublin, diesel money and big feeds to be paid for.

Loughmacrory refused to play there friendly neighbours in a play off, so they huffed and have ended up with nothing to show for their year.

Wouldn't have thought conor clarke would be anywhere near good enough for the senior team. I thought hed be going well to make the under 21 team. I would have thought Niall Sludden, John McCullagh, Richy Donnelly or Liam Gervin would be more deserving of a call up.
