I play a few of them every year against yanks I dont know. It would be more interesting to play against Gaa Board people I dont know. It is a long season and tends to drag a bit and you have to make changes all the time.

Saw London Boulevard last night...... watchable but imo could have been better. Brilliant cast, however I still cannot see how Knightley became such a star.

Spot on.  I dunno if it was my copy I watched it on or not, but there seemed to be bits of the film that skipped on without you really knowing what happened.  An example being the time where Winstone came in to the Doctor on the bed, had he killed Farrrels sister or not?  Definitely thought it could have been a whole lot better, there really wasn't much of a story to it.

SPOILER ALERT

These type of films are very predictable at the end.  I am fed up watching a film where you know they are going to kill of the main character, and in this films case by a wimp.  The same happened in Layer Cake and I also watched The American recently which was again predictable.  On a side note your doll in The American has as great a set as I have seen in a while.

Always makes a movie pleasant when they have assets like those in them. i don't know how people could have been so disappointed with the American because of those 2 special features.

Michael Lowry is corrupt Etc etc

He made sure that Denis O Briens bid was guaranteed to win.

What happens now.

The guy is a genius no doubt. Maybe his handball and his biting drove his price down to 22 million. He is a lot better value than 50 million Torres and 35 million Carroll.

Maybe we only need 4 props which gives us an extra back to choose. The 2007 squad had only 4 props 3 scrum halves and 3 hookers.

Kearney isnt going to miss out.

My world cup squad today is. Assuming 5 props 3 hookers and 3 scrum halves

props
Ross
Healy
Buckley
Court
Horan/Hayes/?
Hookers
Best
Flannery
Cronin
Second row
O connell
O Callaghan
Cullen
Donacha Ryan- can play both second row and number 6 to a decent level. Maybe the only player who can do it.
Back Row
Heaslip
Ferris
O Brien
Leamy
Wallace

Scrum halves
O Leary
Reddan
Boss - No Stringer in this squad game. In a squeeze both Boss and O Leary could stand on the wing Stringer who I dont fancy as a starting scrum half can not.
Out half
Sexton
O Gara

centres
Darcy
O Driscoll
Wallace - third outhalf
Back 3
Kearney
Bowe
Earls
Fitzgerald
Murphy

Very unlucky to miss out

Toner

McFadden - can he play fly half
Trimble

How long did it take the BBC or Rte to notice O driscolls try was disallowed in the first half? Nobody around me in the stadium noticed for quite a while and the guy on setanta took an age to notice too.

England were not at the races today. From my vantage point it looked like they didnt try.
