David, has any other person served 19 years of a life sentence? How many loylalist killers have served that long? Martin Corey was detained at the behest of a vindictive  establishment with out any evidence being brought forward against him. The reason given was "national security"
How is any one going to defend that sweeping statement, he was freed by a judge in the High court, and detained again before he left the courtroom,Can you justify that.the brits wont.

also acccording to UTV news,he may not live within 20 miles of his home in lurgan.
Now I would not agree with his politics but I feel it is vindictive of the courts/brit.system to do this,as they dont appear to have any evidence against him.We are still under the jackboot of the system which is rotten to the core.

BCB  I know Oliver very well and have used him on occasion. I would see him most weekends, not for any injuries I must add.
Ardcheftain,Billy was a great character. How he knew whose turn it was to come in was a mystery. I had many painful nights in the front room but it was worth it.

I went to an osteopath with a ruptured achillies tendon in the 70`s. Hospital had told me my football career was over. I was brought to an osteopath in Belfast(sadly passed away now) and I was back playing again in 6 months. I progressed back to senior county level, and played club football until I was 40. So it worked for me. He didnt wring my neck or shake me about, just manipulation. He was called Billy Waters and worked from his home off the Antrim road in Belfast. :)

So then we all fly flags on our houses,at least that will make the place colourful.
When they wanted to remove 1 flag in the late sixties on the Falls road road it didnt take them too long to do it. Bring back the RUC they are the boys ;)

Did any sane person expect any agreement in these talks? The nationalists parties seem to be willing to compromise,as do the Alliance. But the rest-no chance. The Irish and British governments should take the bull by the horns and impose their collective will on the place.
Will we ever see the agenda or agendas that were debated?
I dont think so. Treat us like mushrooms Keep us in the dark and feed us sh*te. :o

My  daughter was at the game on Sunday. In their company was a man with a prostege leg. When he got in the lift after the game he was made to get out and walk down the stairs. He was told he wasnt disabled enough as the lifts were only for people in wheelchairs. Careing Aviva.
