I get the sense Trap has a problem with Long and I don't mean his footballing ability.

Wouldn't be too concerned about the games coming up.
Playing well against these teams is never a problem, the problems always seem to com against the likes of WBA as witnessed today.
Wouldn't be surprised if we got 5 points from 9 against Arsenal,City and United.

I will say it's absolutely amazing how West Brom didn't even pick up one yellow card today. Jonas Olsson could easily have been booked three times for various offences.

I don't think the second peno was a peno either.

Fair play to WBA well worth their 3 points today.
Liverpool were dreadful and it is a wake up call but I wouldn't be getting carried away with doom and gloom, it's only the first game ffs you can't go writing off the next 9 months on one game.
If anything today might result in a few more signings coming into the club and the likes of Downing and Cole being shown the door.

could never understand managers leaving a great team for lesser one !!
Yeah I can't understand why O'Driscoll didn't stay at Crawley either!

Poor start but sure things can only get better!!

I wonder who will be the first of the idiots to post a smiley?

That wasn't a peno.
This is dreadful from Liverpool anyway.

According to Tony Barrett Liverpool are no longer interested in Dempsey.

Clint has put himself in a bit of a corner so, he told Fulham he didn't want to play for them anymore!

Can anyone recommend a good cheap tripod?

For a DSLR or a compact?
I have a Manfrotto one for my camera but these are expensive enough but are very good.
I also have one that I bought off eBay and was €20 brand new, it's ok for photos but if you are taking long exposures it's not great as it will shake, the Manfrotto one would be rock solid.
I'm sure you would pick up a decent one on eBay for 50 or 60 squids.

DSLR.
I was looking for one for taking long exposure, would like to try and catch the ISS but by hand it is difficult.
Have found a manfrotto tripod for £60 on gumtree. Would they be the best on a budget?
Yup Manfrotto are imo very good tripods.
60 sounds very good depending on what condition it is in.
You also have to consider the head on the tripod, I use a ball head type which I find easy to use and manoeuvre.
Haven't gone out with my camera in a long time.I like doing long exposure shots, you can get some amazing pictures at night with just using a torch and a long exposure.

The non Apple leads won't work as regards transmitting the picture from Sky Go onto your TV from your iPad.
I had to jailbreak my iPhone and download software onto it for those leads to work, I'd presume iPads are the same though I don't know for sure.
There is a problem now though with the Sky Go app as it can now detect the jailbreak but usually one of the tech geniuses on the Internet finds a way around it.
I'm hoping they get it fixed before Premier League starts!
Might be worth your while and will be less hassle in the long run just buying the official leads.

Your probably right going for official apple product/leads will save any hassle.
Does the sky go connect ok to TV then using these leads?
I take it the iPad doesn't allow streaming?
Sky Go works 100% perfect when they havent blocked the jailbreak!
Also the 4oD app and the Rte player app all work great with the leads, but as I said I have my iPhone jailbroken, you need the official leads for it to work otherwise.
