'What on earth is sectarian about this report? '

I wasn't referring to the report Sammy, I was referring to the headline ... it's offensive

Crap and irrelevent piece of 'journalism'  considering 2 salient facts ...

1) Darron Gibson and his family have on several occasions stated there is no way he will play for Province.

2) That being the case, where are the direct quotes from Darron Gibson?  Considering the story was about him, surely, as a basic tenet of journalism, he should have been asked  by the 'reporter' concerned to comment on Worthless's cloud cuckooland ramblings.  Ahh, but then it would have been a non-story...

This is just further sectarian mixing from the same paper that came up with a back page headline 'THICK MICK' in relation to Michael Collins being sent off again in a local football game two weeks ago.

The Ulster-Scots monthly publication funded by government grant is completely in English ... is this something to do with the fact Ulster-Scots actually doesn't exist?

Orangeman, I don't know why you think that Spillane will be elbowed by Sunday World and RTE ... the fact that he's controversial and divides people is exactly what the media want, cos people are talking about him, talking about his column and taking about his performance on RTE.

He was a great footballer but he comes across as an awful ballix, but maybe that's deliberately to wind us up.  He's actually technically shite at his job as RTE w**ker, sorry, anchor ... the way he never lets anybody finish a sentence is f****** annoying, and fair play to big Tohill who never kow tows to him ... his column in Sunday World puts on sales ... fact.  But it's also a fact that he rarely changes the record and harps on about the same crap week in, week out ... it's heartening to know that Tyrone annoy the f*** out of him ... one of the greatest sights I ever saw on a Gaelic field was during the 2003 semi when, right below us, our lads "hunted Kerry down like a pack of dogs" as the commentator said .. PROUD TO BE A PUKE

With such great eyesight it's a wonder you didn't notice all the off-the-ball and niggling being done by the Monaghan boys, Kerry Mike.
If McCullough stuck the shoulder into anybody he'd hurt it on his opponent's knee, he's that small.

Get over 2003 and 2005, ffs

'An honorable mention also has to go to the free ones we had just nicked from Wellworths in the Square. Always nicer when you didnt pay for them. '

Ahhh, Wellworths in the Square ... the pick 'n' mix counter was an open invitation for widescale thievery by the Dalriada boys.

Me Ma used to work in it and I remember in the Seventies after a bombing outside the cop shop (not a scratch on it, the rest of the Square was flattened) her arriving home with a van load of different ice lollies that had to be disposed off.  We had a big f***-off chest freezer in the garage them days ... kept the youngsters in the estate fed with Quenchers, Jokers, Choc Pops, Choc Ices etc for three months.  My favourite was the Dracula lolly ... bit into it and this red sauce seeped out round your lips, like you'd just sunk your fangs into the neck of some unfortunate Romanian virgin.

BTW, the website www.aquarterof(dunno if it's .com or .co.uk) still supplies a lot of those 70s/80s chocolate bars and sweets

'Pat Spillane's opinion of Tyrone's style of football in 2003 was that it was 'puke football'.
4 years later, Tyrone (and most of Ulster) are still whingeing about it -'

No we're not ... we shoved his words right down his big gob in 2005 when we again made wee men of his beloved Kerry in Croke Park.
And yes, Brolly is a complete w**ker...

Can't wait to see the Huns' reaction at Ibrox when the kid runs out with lapIRA on the back of his shirt ::)

'The recent post was directed at a load of OTT whingeing from someone who is obviously expressing mock outrage about this incident, but who's words indicate a mindset every bit as bad as those at the bonfire in Coleraine.'

Well, bugger me ... I've never had the pleasure of being psychoanalysed by a bigot before.  Was the outrage of the families of those butchered in Sean Graham's also mock at the weekend, Mr Freud?

Added to the disgraceful happening in Coleraine, a banner extolling UFF mass killer Joe Bratty, the man behind the Ormeau Road bookies massacre, was carried in the Hunfest parades in Belfast yesterday.  That's certainly going to bring the tourists in, as are the closed and boarded up shops ... the f****** place was like a ghost town, the only bar open was Bittles.  Some of us Fenian bastards (that's for you Gweytahl) have to work for a living and take a pint at lunchtime.  I'm sorry, I take my holidays when I want, not when the orange order tells me to. Yet we have the ridiculous Lord Laird - in stupid tartan miniskirt of course - allowed to lie on Radio Ulster about the "thousands of tourists" who were watching the parade...

Mark Harte was one of the best penalty takers I ever saw ... probably better than Stevie O'Neill, and that's saying something...

'I actually get quite emotional when I see the heroic defiance of the Kerry players during that clip. They went down fighting (....as opposed to Tyrone who simply went down...diving bastards!!)'

We feel your pain, Michael.  We feel your pain.  Get it out son, get it out ... therapy is good for the soul, expunge your agony, share it with us, we're here to help ... deep breaths, deep breaths ... don't let the nightmare consume you, there, there, Mikey, Wikey

'What a day'  Not a tenth as enjoyable as the AI semi-final that year, Goats!!!!!!

Agree about Collins, though, absolute joke of a ref, and that boy at Casement yesterday isn't much better

It must have been a bit of a change for the two Linfield lads to be in a stadium that had a crowd in it

'Tyroneman, as usual the preciuosness of Tyrone people comes to the fore'

As usual, Will's hatred of all things Tyrone comes to the fore ... count 'em ... TWO ... not one ... TWO!
