Bad and all as United are this season that's some humiliation finishing below Copenhagen and Galatasaray.

I would say there are championship teams with bigger budgets than Copenhagen

Copenhagen are playing professional football in a country with roughly the same population as Ireland. Their average attendance is 27k.

The Clubs total wage bill for 2023 is: £14,778,920 per year or £284,210 per week.

Andreas Cornelius is their highest paid player at £29,000 per week.

Fair play to them. As with every team sport nothing beats a good underdog story.

Has been a shocking start to December for Man United after their epic November and underdog wins(according to Cunny Funt)against the mighty Luton, Fulham and Everton.
Would expect them to turn up this Sunday though in what's really a Cup Final for them now against arch rivals Liverpool.
Tomorrow is promised to no one.

I really don't. 4-0 minimum.

Considering the team that was out there and what they ended up with that was a positive start, no extra games to worry about on Thursday nights too, get past Liverpool and its all down hill ;D
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

This is the only saving grace that they are out of Europe completely.

Another two injuries last night, squad going to be massively stretched but no Thursday night games going forward gives them the opportunity to get some rest time.

Maroon Manc

A disappointing performance but that starting team is about a poor a team that started a must win match we've ever had in the CL.

Front 6 had 1 player in Fernandes who should be starting regularly in a proper United team, 2 youngsters who should be bit part players and 3 players in Antony, McTominay & Amrabat who aren't good enough. Dalot is just woeful, does so much good work then lacks any sort of quality with a final ball and lacks awareness which results in him been dispossessed time and time again. Wan Bisaka not much better, limited going forward and he also lacks concentration. That team lacked quality,

United should have got through and taken 12 points from the 4 games against the other 2 sides but ended with 4.

Muscle injuries are out of hand, Shaw, Casemiro & Mount are all on their 2nd muscle injury of the season. That might even be Maguire's 2nd muscle injury of the season, Wan Bisaka was out with one too! The way they messed up Martinez's injury from last season is amateur hour too.

Sunday won't be pretty either, would imagine Mount, Casemiro & Diallo will be back for West Ham and not for Sunday.

What was Onana up to there?

Rooted to his line and giving up the entire right side of the goal.
