What about a kid who gets diabetes from drinking Fanta and eating cake all the time? Or an unvaccinated kid suffering severe complications from measles?

Hmm yeah it seems the judge did accept the depression did affect her culpability but the post natal depression wasn't accepted by the prosecution.
IMO there was two people involved and they werent ignorant, they were blinded by ideology and enforced it on their child....

Jail would be warranted especially with the persistence of it when there was obviously something wrong with child in terms of growth and developmentally, as I understand it the child hadnt been taken for checkups either.
