McConaughey might pick up individual awards but that might be more for his remarkable weight loss. 6.68
Never seen anything quite like the weight lost by Michael Fassbender for playing the role of Bobby Sands in Hunger.

"The island of saints & scholars...and gombeens & fuckin' arselickers" Christy Moore

I gave up about ten minutes into Hunger.  Couldn't stick the slow pace.

Capt Pat

I saw "Her" tonight. An unusual subject for a movie but still enjoyable. 7.5 out of 10.

southdown

Watched the Hunt For Red October last night on Netflix, great show.

Catch up SouthDown  ;)  All time classic in my book in fairness

Milltown Row2

Watched Savages last night, Oliver Stone film, decent enough 7 out of 10
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

I watched Prisoners there the other night and thought it was very very good.
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either

Apparently so

Identity Thief is beyond awful. Your man in it never even put any effort into acting ffs

nrico2006

I liked Prisoners but it dragged out a bit in the middle.

Watched Peacock the other day and it had potential.

The Call was a decent show too.
'To the extreme I rock a mic like a vandal, light up a stage and wax a chump like a candle.'

ONeill

Nebraska is a fine film. Some of the scenes reminded of home - deadpan expressionless reaction to almost everything - obsession with cars. 8.112/10
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

Thats a film that has stayed with me for a while now. I didn't see the whole "waging a war on god" angle at all. At first I thought I would be that dad, willing to do whatever it took to find my kids but then it makes you think  - who do you become as a result and is there any going back? head wrecking stuff lol

Have Escape Plan (Arnie and Stallone) to watch tonight. I know its going to be rough but I can't help myself ha!
I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight

trileacman

Watched "City of God" there. Really disappointed, heavily recommended by this board who usually are close to the mark on most shows.
Fantasy Rugby World Cup Champion 2011,
Fantasy 6 Nations Champion 2014

Ah Jesus i watched it the other night, same as you i knew what i was getting into but couldnt help it.

Watched Grudge Match with Satallone and De Niro have to say i enjoyed it, found it quite funny in parts - it aint winning any oscars but watchable all the same.
I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.
