Hit them hard and early with zovirax as soon as you feel a tingle. When they have appeared cream will kill it and then you have wait for nature to take its course.

Cold sores- sun can trigger them, so always wear a high SPF on your lips.

I get them regardless if the sun is out or not. Something to do with a virus that is constantly in the bloodstream
Its probably stress that gives them to me.........

As soon as you get a tingle whack the coldsore cream on, seems to be the only solution
