I just built one of these this afternoon but it doesn't seem to work, unless of course it is exclusively for ending droughts. Any ideas?

I set it up in the back bedroom using a cycling machine, as my normal bike has been sabotaged by purveyors of chemtrails via their usual tactic of punturosis. Anyway when I engage the cycling machine/purviance pyramid things seem ok for a while (i.e. no tornados or hurricanes) until suddenly this vortex appears and a voice tells me to 'cop the f*ck on with yourself and gimme back my mops'. Does this happen anyone else and does anyone know what it can mean?

"Fifa's attempt to clear Russia and Qatar to run the next two World Cups was plunged into controversy when the man chosen to probe corruption allegations over the bidding process accused football's governing body of misrepresenting his findings.

But publication of a 42-page summary prompted Mr Garcia, who chairs Fifa's investigatory chamber, to issue an explosive statement distancing himself from the findings.
