Surely it'd be handy enough for the rapist to check and remove it from the woman before doing the act??!

How thick is this doll? Who is going to go to a doctor knowing theres a lengthy jail term waiting for them? Theres bound to be other ways of getting them off - other ways would soon be found anyway. In the meantime, its done a great job of trapping any dna evidence for the rapist...
