How many clubs has he had?

We've had this debate before about managers coming in for a year or two, then clearing off to another club....repeat and repeat.

Big Sam wouldn't be in it.  I blame the committees of these clubs.

Short termism.

Glenullin, Dungiven, Swatragh, Creggan, Loup, Mayobridge and stints with Tyrone and Derry county team. This seems to be his first foray into Tyrone club football unless I've missed it. Hard to know how Clonoe will do next season or are they any better than when they were relegated last year.

You'd think that a Div. 1 Tyrone club would be a good fit for Lacey, travel wise, instead of Kilcoo.

Maybe he's guaranteed success in Down but a lot of travelling involved.

Gilligan has went this way.

He won a Derry SFC title in 2007 with Glenullin.

I'm sure Lacey doesn't mind, mileage rate bound make it worth his while.

Baker Bradley was the manager, Madden was the trainer. 2 completely different roles.

Is Baker Bradley involved with any club nowadays!

if trillick go far in ulster could league final be pushed way back to near christmas or after and would trillck go easy in the league final if say they have a all ireland semi final to play.

This sounds like the errigal chat we have

Don't think we'll have to worry about league final being pushed back too far

Pomeroy unfortunately didn't carry the Tyrone tradition in Ulster intermediate against a tough Cullyhanna side. Nugent punished them with free kicks.

They'll look back on a good season but possibly left a bit behind them, they were good enough to push on.
Living the dream!!!

Have to say the Pomeroy V Cullyhanna game was at the same level as the All Ireland Intermediate Final between Galbally and Rathmore at the start of the year. Cullyhanna good enough now to go the distance.

Pomeroy just unlucky to meet a similar damn good side in the first round.

Who was the Trillick manager last year?
