But why are they going to appeal  it? there was other evidence thrown out, the judge refused point blank to entertain it. The video evidence is damaging so she really is doing an injustice to other that are raped, that is if its true it 'party' was above board

What happened?it was my understanding that she had consensual sex with 2 guys then a gang of lads wanted to join in and they either did or did not rape her. Is that not accurate? Then the police questioned her without a lawyer, put her under pressure and she said it was not true?
