Small enough budget I'd say. Solid acting makes it good. The mother is excellent.

The Bar - Spanish movie set in a wee bar in Madrid (on Netflix).  Great show, pretty relentless from start to finish. Quirky madness like only the Spanish can do. 8/10

The Mountain Between Us - Stringer Bell & Kate Winslet. Watchable, too Hollywood at the end for me. 6.1/10

A friend told me there's a decent stream on Kodi through Covenant.

Really enjoyed 3 Billboards 9/10 acting is superb!

Watched The Greatest Showman last week and for a musical staring Hugh Jackman it was actually watchable. Solid 7.5/10!

Bright on Netflix is OK as well 7/10 I reckon

Three Billboards is one of the best movies I've seen in years. McDormand is absolutely brilliant as usual and Harrelson was very good. Thought Sam Rockwell absolutely stole the show though.

It's hard to imagine it topping Get Out but the rich old white liberal Americans who vote for the Oscars will probably avoid an African-American genre movie that critiques them specifically like it's the plague when it comes to the big awards.
