I was forced to watch Legally Blonde the other night and believe it or not it was a pretty decent comedy.

Legally Blonde (the original) and White Chicks are my guilty pleasures.

Jimbo has wrote to all staff currently working from home that this policy is ending June 1st and if they don't like it they can take their bonus and clear off. They're even converting parts of the stadium and INEOS headquarters to allow more office space.

Lots of businesses are reverting back to the office policies nowadays, not a new thing, not for it myself if all employees are productive, but certainly there are some piss takers who 'work ' from home

Pep said he's a good lad though! Harry Kane is really having a mare at Bayern.  Kompany should have come under more pressure last year at Burnley don't know why the media weren't all over him.

He scored a lot of goals,  always will,  he really though is jinxed. He went there to win trophies and they have their first barren year in over a decade....poor 'Arry!

When Arsenal look back on 2 failed title challenges and also no silverware whatsoever, but in same time United won 2 trophies with a poor side. Is qualifying for the CL a bigger success than winning a trophy???

It's strange, they finished 3rd last year and won the mickey mouse cup.. Any team that does that would be looked at as successful 

The draw to those counties would be strong but they are well below their usual standards and its not looking a quick fix in either of them

If you are going to give it to someone, internally or not, you just can't go lumping someone else in with them just to suit a certain perceived bias or balance, i.e. Horse with someone from the city!

Whoever you give it to needs to live and die on their own sword and let them bring in whoever they need or want as in the end it's them that will have to work with the whole team, coaches and all.

Yes this whole country/city mix is weird. They are all (potentially!) from Antrim and should be the best people for the job. I remember reading people saying that an outsider like Gleeson was a *better* option has he came with no bias! At county level you'd like to think the management team are picking the best available panel!

But you are long in the tooth to know that the manager will always pick his best squad regardless of where they are from in the county but the barfly/hurler in the ditch/keyboard warrior will have something else to say, which is why we do have the city manager with a mix of backroom staff to appease the balloons out there!

I finally got to the cinema to see Dune 2. I have to say that I really enjoyed it. I think it was up a step from the first part. There are maybe some scenes that could be cut to shorten the film but I wouldnt change it. It's a cinematic spectacle at times.

I look forward to more in the franchise.

I tend to watch these long features in hour viewings, primarily as her indoors wouldn't watch the trailer never mind 5 minutes, so when she pops off to bed, I'll get a hour!

I'm on the pitch doing football games twice a week, the cry is no shooting until inside the scoring zone, the D or inside the 21, no attempts are taken outside of that space, so I'm not surprised the accuracy is good

Watched it a couple of times and its a 50/50 call at intercounty level refereeing and a yellow at club level... If that makes any sense

i think the main reason for finding someone local isnt anti- Gleeson or anti- southerner i just think it makes more sense to have someone whos not spending 20 hours a week in the car travelling up and down. its a tough enough job without being on the road. thats my honest opinion and mental fatigue surely must kick in, especially after 5 long seasons starting in the summer realistically!

Probably Gregory... he's the only one i honestly think of with a track record of winning! and winning consistently (bar last year lol!) why not give it someone like him supported by a good back room team.

Re: Carlow i'm maybe being flippant there but we should be targeting those games as must wins, i think thats part of my point. apologies 

So which Antrim man are you recommending?

Not sure what standard of players we have to match teams physically? We have plenty skill btw but over 70 plus minutes the big teams grind you down.

Bitta disrespectful on Carlow, they'd a better score difference to us and with 15 players on the park they could have won.

We did target that game as a must win..

I think there is a selection process with interviews for the post, not sure Gregory would be interested it's been a tough job for anyone never mind locals, but anyone can apply.

Darren has three very good knowledgeable Antrim men by his side, they might want to be in the reckoning too.

Personally I much prefer the outsider, one example, Dinny, was a cracking manager and was able to instil his passion for the game to the players without any baggage.

Bringing Antrim natives generally brings the negativity from the barflys/hurlers in the ditch.

The current players in Antrim age wise isn't bad, potentially there's some growth there, wouldn't be the worst time to take a team
