Cunny Funt

Best side over the two legs won. Made it harder for themselves than it should have been by giving away a silly penalty which Degea probably should have saved.

Stepped up 2nd half to prevail,  the sub changes all delivered the impact ETH would have demanded. Of course its a win for the Old Trafford crowd to celebrate, Barcelona was in superb form coming into this game and leading the La Liga by 8 points ahead of Real Madrid whom we seen what they did the other night.

Small matter of Wembley up next and opportunity to win a first trophy for 6 years, not sure how much will be left in the tank after tonight but maybe momentum of that victory will be enough.

Hopefully Rashford has got out of the Uruguayuans pocket by the time Sunday comes around

What a game, what an atmosphere. I know its only a europa qualifier but there is a special feeling about now. Regardless how how the rest of the season goes, theres a feeling United are back with the big boys .

Helix.

Frenkie De Jong rejected Man United all summer to play Champions League football just to get knocked out by Man United in the Europa League.

Hopefully have enough in the tank for Sunday and next few weeks fatigue will start to show.

The Portuguese/Argentine/Brazilian players having a big impact. Ten Haag has done a great job.

See there was a few cheers of Frenkie, Frenkie what's the score at the end lol. Bruno showed his feeling towards him anyway lacing that ball into the diving feck! He's a deadly player though and I think he'll be signed in the summer.

Absolutely mental pace that game, big ask to go again Sunday but hopefull enough in the tank to beant Newcastle. Rashford and Casemiro both picked up knocks, hope they are ok for Sunday.

Turf

Europa League is Man United's to lose, as is the Cup Final at the weekend.

Haven't even looked past Barca for Europa tbh, what other good teams are there? Arsenal?

I thought it was the €17m Barca owed him rather than anything to do with playing in the Champions League?

Jose & Roma at some stage would be interesting. More than likely be between Arsenal and United.

EtH should get Manager of the Millennium. Anyone getting that performance out of Fred has magical powers.

With a threadbare squad we're fighting on four fronts while others who have spent millions (Chelsea, Tottenham) and had years to build teams (Flopp and Loserpool) are nowhere.
A win this weekend and some silverware would be a fantastic boost.

Fred is suited that that sort of hectic game. It's when he needs to be composed on the ball that there is trouble. Shitty luck with injuries has left the squad thin enough looking alright despite the millions spent!

Klopp has a League and CL under his belt. EtH has nothing yet.

That said, similar to when Klopp was hired, it looks like he's going in the right direction. Will he ever get United back to winning the bigger trophies is the big question?

ETH is doing well so far but the raw materials he already had before coming cost a fortune. United have been the utlimate flops recently and still are until they win something serious.

He'lll be within touching distance of the league this year although be a big ask to win it. If we were out of all the cups I'd have given us a fair chance of the league but the drop off in quality after Bruno/Rashford/Casemiro is too much if we lose one.

Couple of signings in the summer and you'd fancy a decent run in Europe next year. I think Sunday is massive for this group to win a trophy. Bar Casemiro and Varane not many have really won much worth talking about, at least not in recent times (not counting Martinez who didn't feature much in Qatar)
