Fianna much superior. No complaints. Gutted all the same

final score whtef?

1-11 to 0-10. We never had the lead. Can't argue with that

Best team won on the night. Not enough fight from Clonoe (until the last few mins anyway) and never really looked like winning it come the 2nd half. Too many of clonoes main men didn't perform on the night. Peter Donnelly, Paddy O'Farrell and Gerard Toner were the standouts for the Fianna. On a side note jonny curran is a idiot of a lad no doubt started the row at the end. If you were picking a Tyrone goalie tonight it would have been Mickey O'Neill from Clonoe.

Anyways, the blues are on fire!!

What happened there? Missed the incident but it was the Rahilly who got the line oer it!

Very disappointed with Clonoe tonight. There wasn't too much of a fight and truth be told the game was over a contest with 15 to go. The crowd was very dead, much better atmosphere for the Derrylaughan and Rock match.

Fianna took control just after half time. Their half back line dominated, Stephen McNally, Niall Kerr and especially Paddy O'Farrell. Dermot Thornton and Gerard Toner kicked some great scores. Clonoe were just never at the races.

Derrylaughan managed to throw away a four point lead against the Rock. They dominated the first half but never turned possession into scores. John Mallon and Conor McCreesh were very good for the Rock, Malachy Quinn and Shea Coney turned in good performances for Derrylaughan.

Yeah was a good game of football for the most part. Good tight first half, but Coalisland dominated nearly the whole of the second. Na Fianna's halfback line was very good, with Paddy O'Farrell playing well as has been said and Peter Donnelly had a good game at full back.

Paddy McNeice is a brilliant footballer, him going into FF after half time set Coalisland up well for the second hald. Was tolf hasn't played for the best part of 2 years ???
Toner and Thorton also very good.

How Ciaran O'Hagan stayed on nearly the whole game is beyond me, (well I know why), but was roasted the first half and completely ineffective for the second at corner forward. That weakness could be costly in later stages of the c'ship.

Most of Clonoe's first half scores came through Dorris, who played as a roving half forward despite wearing 14. But Coalisland backs just snuffed them out in the 2nd. Fianna are definitely a team in the ascendancy, their time is coming, if not already here.

Was it 22 got the line for Clonoe despite coming on not long before? Was at the other end.

Was it not donnelly that got the headbutt from Shane Coney out round the 45 then at the same moment the fisticuffs started in the goalmouth?

Think it was Niall Kerr

Yeah Kerr was unusually restrained!

tyroneboi

Looking back on it I think it was Kerr.

The Fianna are a good side alright but I think their downfall could be their forwards. G Toner and McNiece aside I think the others are fairly limited from a scoring point of view. Burke had O'Hagan in his back pocket and how he stayed on for so long was a mystery (even with the obvious bias).

You would have thought the mobility of Conor Bayne would have given Burke alot more headaches. The Fianna have room for improvement. Peter Herron and Damian O'Hagan will be very happy men tonight.

Ryan T? Why did he not start? He's a regular at half forward is he not?
