I have a Bosch 24v Rotak which i bought around 7/8 years ago and think it's the best thing i ever bought. 1 hour charging time and can easily mow 50m2 meters in a single charge. The only maintenance i ever did was take the blade off to sharpen it.

That's sounds like what I wanna hear. What sorta cost was it back then?

Only thing I'd say Benny, is that in my experience, some battery ones struggle a bit more with damp or longer grass. So if you've clay based soil where can take a bit longer to dry out then make sure to check the reviews on how it handles that.

Cut grass or watch football

I've told someone I'm a keen gardener so now I feel obliged to post more on here 😉😜

It was around £350 quid. And you are not supposed to cut grass when it is wet.

A tip I got that works a treat (could have been mentioned b4)

For mossy tarmac - non-biological washing powder (cheaper the better). Kills it all stone dead, doesn't lift it off the tarmac tho.

Just sprinkle it on dry, or dissolve and spray?
What about "greening" on paving slabs and fence boards, any cure for that?
No matter what paint I use on my fence, it goes green in a very short space of time again.

I just threw it out in handfuls on dry tarmac (knowing rain  was forecast a day later), worked a treat - dead in a week or so.

Red label (or a non hazardous version) is a great job for the paving stones, will bring it up clean as a whistle. Needs diluted and delivered via a napsack sprayer. Never tried it on a fence, pretty sure it would clean it but it could wreck the wood as it is a harsh bleach type.

I've a d-rail fence and ranch gate at the top of the garden that's got very green so interested too. Bloody work everywhere I look. Facia boards on the house have got green too on the north facing side.

I use Patio magic or Moss-go, buy 5l jar put half in a 16l back sprayer kills moss and algae.

fill the water first to minimise the suds and fake full level.

Hydrochloric acid (diluted) use it every year the paving around the house comes up like new, not sure how it would work on tarmac though
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

That's what Red Label is, not bleach as I previously wrote.

Ah, the local hardware store has it here and does a grand job £9.50, but I haven't a sprayer, watering can and a good scrubbing brush

Any recommendations as to what to put on pebbledash to brighten it up?

Here, are  those patio  Cleaners  safe to use?

Surely you'd have to mask up and  wash clothes and shower afterwards, and keep the children and pets  away from it?

And surely they're all  adding to the  likes of the algae in our  lakes and rivers?
