Title: PES 09
Post by: corn02 on October 20, 2008, 06:05:50 PM
Anyone get it? Haven't had time to play much but the differences are very subtle, but very welcome. E.g every shot from 40 yards no longer goes on target. Torres too slow, Drogba far too good. The man in unstoppable in it.

Major gripe  - Berbatove at Spurs, Robinhio at Madrid, Reira at Espanyol etc, etc. You can transfer them but won't count online. Speaking of online, still a lag but massive improvement - the lag does not interupt.

It doesnt seem much of an improvement so far.
Dont like the change of the skills to the left analogue.

Think a patch will be coming out in a month which will update all the teams to correct ones.

Torres should be a flyer in it. I dont think the people who make these games know enough about the players, i remember after Duff was leathal in WC 2002 that he would be class in the next football game that came out, but he wasnt, he was slow, likewise Ronaldo isnt quick enough in recent games ive played

Quinton fortune was one of the best players in the game in about 2002

Recently got an xbox 360. Was wondering which football game to get. I heard a lot of good reports about the new FIFA? Also is there any good management games for it?

The new play as a pro feature on fifa is a good development, if difficult to use
