hollyoaks was not always as bad! there has been some good storylines for e.g. claire the bitch an cleanin max (rip) an "who pushed claire off the balcony"
havent watched it in months. used to be good craic, but there is not a good storyline or even slight comedy on it anymore. and none of the women getting the ride either

13: OB: Whist we have yet to meet his own family, Sam O' Brian had become a surrogate member of the Cunningham family since his arrival. OB and Max (Matt Littler), proved to be a duo, constantly in scrapes both at school and with the resident of Hollyoaks.
12: Rob Hawthorne: Ron Hawthorne was the evilest character in Hollyoaks History as he taunted the residents of Chester. Rob never saw eye to eye with Kurt Benson, despite he was dating his sister Lucy Benson and Rob's best friend was Dermot, who both got up to trouble.

lol i have to say i'm rather a big fan of hollyoaks but i do think neighbours have better storylines and characters arcs overall. the likes of the modern age hero dr k (no justification needed) and the visual delight of pepper steiger amongst the pluses. sure there were also some pretty dire storylines and the endless debate between good paul or bad paul but all in all, there has been more good than bad
