I have a dvd i would like to back up, but it copy proofness that nero cant copy. can anyone suggest another program (free) that would work?

I use handbrake on my mac and have yet to have a problem and I know they do a windows version. If your looking something more advanced I think you can still get a freeware version of gordian knot.
On a related note and I'm not getting at you here but can anyone tell me the law in the Republic in relation to making backups, I know technically you can't in the north despite the common misconception.
