Title: Des Cahill last night
Post by: Declan on December 14, 2006, 11:41:59 AM
Anyone listen to Sean Boylan and Paddy Cullen last night on Drivetime?
Talking about the 1991 series and the DVD thats out. Good stuff but horrible memories came drifting back.Presume its on all Royal Santy lists.

Don't know why I'm posting this but in the spirit of the festive season and all that.

I was listening to that alright. Can anyone remember the name of the DVD (save me listening to the clip again) so that I can start lobbying for the stocking?

I liked Boylan's story about Kevin Foley being interviewed after the last game by a journalist, Paddy somebody. (Maybe paddypastit?  :)).

Paddy - How does this goal compare with other scores you've got, Kevin?
Kevin - I don't know, Paddy. I never scored before.
Paddy - Well, even compared to scoring at club level.
Kevin - I told you, Paddy. I never scored before. You're standin on me towel.

And off he goes.
