Some amount of money - £85K per week nett :o
Cool!
Though its a monthly payslip, rather than a weekly one.
Looks like a fake to me
Its obviously not enough because he was bankrupt not that long ago. His managers f**ked him over.

How does it look fake?
Now it could well be a fake, as these things are relatively easy to fake if you work in a payroll department, but to me it doesnt look like a fake. The format seems spot on.
I would imagine it's a 2 week pay slip. savage money for lets face it an average footballer...
Monthly payslip in my opinion. Nice dosh. Over £30k/€45k per week gross for a middle of the road player.
We're in the wrong business lads. I think t's real though. Riise's agent is in the paper giving out about the 'low-life sc**bag' that leaked it. Shock horror, people might realise that soccer players are overpad.
I'd love to know what Andy Reid makes. I was at the Charlton QPR game and he was a disgrace. Never shut up moaning and whining, and did nothing. Another one in the Robbie Keane Captaincy mould.
It's a genuine monthly payslip - he was on £30k a week then, ending up with about £82k a month after tax etc.
Worse ways to earn a living.

You must have been out of the country or asleep AZ, as over the last month criticism of Andy Reid is no longer permitted!
He's one of a number of "world class" irish players we are now being told by the media!
Love the way he gets £120,000 a month for being a professional footballer, and if he actually plays in a game of football he gets an extra £1,000 !
Premiership player gets paid obscene amount of money, shock horror........
Does it really matter, he's a ginger no amount of money could hide that shame :)

I know Turk. High treason I suppose. I was glad to see his penchant for hitting the first man from a freekick/corner is as prevalent at Charlton as it is for Ireland
Looks like a monthly payslip. The numbers would make sense for an April - March year. No sign of an employer pension scheme though.
Also look at the hands of the guys holding the address. I guess he raids bins for a living and stumbled across Riise's. I would say Riise is livid having his address made public nevermind his financial details.

But the Premiership is the best league in the world dont you know. Marcus Hanaman (sp?) or some Yank soccer player that played in the Premiership said its even more marketable in foreign countires than the NFL.
Anyway its a disgrace a player gets so much money for doing f**k all.
It's a 4 weekly payslip as opposed to monthly.
The PAYE and NIC are spot on - it's real alright.
Tis real alright

I can't believe he's not paying back a student loan! ;)
Fair enough it must be real i just thought it was something someone drew up on a computer...
Funny thing about it that i can see is the total for points bouns - £250
It must have been a dodgy month for Liverpool on the pitch :(
Also he pays some amount of TAX :o

As in you don't think Riise is good enough for that kind of money, or the salaries earned by players in general is a disgrace.
If the latter, I disagree. If the market is willing to pay what it takes for players to earn that kind of money, then that is what they're worth.

Had a look, and in August 2006 he only played one league game, and that was a draw.
He also played in the charity shield and in a CL qualifier so it lookes like appearance money is £1,000 per game and £2,000 for Champions League games. He scored in the charity shield, but did get any kind of bonus for that. Or perhaps the charity shield doesnt count and its £2,000 per competitive game.
Good point by muppet about no pension scheme. I remembering hearing years ago that players had a special scheme whereby 40% of their salary went into pension. Maybe there on so much money now that it doesnt matter.

They don't do f**k all; they have mugs all over this fine land and others hooked on an average sport, who pay a fortune to several satellite stations to watch
their team - men like this are laughing their arse's off; it really is the Emperor's Clothes of sport.
