Yeah onto Quarter finals. Sadly our senior panel couldn't match that.

Meath must be the ones to beat here after dismantling the Dubs.
Heard they are a serious outfit.

Our lads played them up in Dunganny during the summer and copped a bit of a beating off them back in May/June
We would have it all to do to stay competitive if we get over Carlow
Minor can change from week to week at the best of times, but the big break has certainly cost Meath their momentum. It will be interesting to see how they go from here.
I know nothing about their expectations, but can imagine that the Dubs hurlers should benefit from the early demise of the footballers, allowing any dual players to concentrate on the sticks.

Closer than the score suggests, we do way too much hand passing and run into trouble too often.
We are well coached and hard working but not sure if the talent is there to win an all Ireland.
Offaly beat Kildare 2-10 to 2-07

Jeez juice, I would have thought that talent more than coaching would have had more of a say on yis hammering the Dubs?
Great result for Offaly. I thought they were generally struggling at underage football but seems like they have a decent bunch this year.
I'm not saying there's no talent, the midfield is strong especially Caulfield but in terms of marquee forwards that you need to win all Irelands I'm not sure we have them. Too soon to be talking about all Ireland's of course but that's our aim is at the end of the day.
Unusually at this level Kildare were well beaten on the physical stakes. Offaly were comfortable here, good full back, good midfield, Keith O'Neil was tidy up front, not marquee but good footballer.
Leinster champions!!
Meath 1-07
Offaly 1-06

It'll be on TG4 as well. Looking forward to it.
Some decent lads on the team but we struggled to see off Offaly. Will need to up the performance to beat Derry
Semi Finals:
Louth v Meath 24.7.2021 12.00pm Pairc Tailteann, Navan
Dublin v Kildare 24.7.2021 12.00pm Parnell Park

First game out for our lads but it's at home. New team at this grade with only one hold over from last years team I think. No one from St Vincent's or Curragha on the panel is disappointing.

Meath vs Dublin final 2nd of August.
Dublin v Kildare was error ridden. Really poor quality, Kildare's basic execution was terrible. Dublin should have won by more but could have lost too. If Meath are anyway decent they should win.

One way traffic in the first half Meath 2-5 Dublin 0-1
2-7 to 1-2 at the water break, Dublin hopes of comeback not helped by a straight red to number 15.
FT Meath 3-8 Dublin 1-3. First time that Meath have won back to back Leinster minor titles since 1992,93
Didn't realise it was on so early. Pleased with the result. Time to do the real business of winning an All Ireland now though.
No shock! Hope Meath make a dent in the AI series. Meath Kildare Offaly and to a lesser Wicklow, Westmeath and Louth make big improvements underage. The elephant will always be there though at senior level.
Forwards scoring points a thing of the past in Dulin underage?
3-3 in u20 Final and 1-3 Minor.

Breffni Park and O'Connor Park are the chosen venues for the Minor All-Ireland semi finals. Not decided yet which ones will be played where.
Well done Meath

Contrary to popular opinion, the games development funding (or 'financial doping' as some morons on the other thread call it) doesn't impact on elite players and doesn't create Cons or Jacks or Kilkenny or Cluxton etc etc. we have a deep pool, and still got to a Leinster final, but special players aren't there every year.
