Title: Friday Night League Games

Anyone like the idea of having league games on a friday night not all just maybe one league game a week on rte 2 Friday nights.

If men have to take days off to play the sport then it's only adding more wrongs to a pile of wrongs.

Local derbies only, 8pm throw-ins only, then yes. Anything else, no.

Might be ok when Dublin is split.
Other Counties' players are scattered all over the place.

Remember the last Friday night league game I was at. Armagh v Down, and I froze my feckin' danglers off.

Anyway, no. And not for the above reason.

Was at that game as well, a late Mark Poland goal won it for us but much prefer the Saturday night games

In principle yes it would be good to have the occasional Fri night game televised - as well as one on Saturday. The more exposure the better....but the fixture committee would need to make sure its between counties relatively close geographically speaking and maybe put throw on back half an hour too to allow for the logistics to work.
