Guys I have to be at the royal hospital for 7.30 on monday morning. Coming from dungannon and was wondering what the traffic is like these days.

Wouldn't think you'll meet much resistance hitting Belfast at 7ish.

If you're aiming to be parked at the Royal by 7.15am, you should fly in.

There's normally a bit of build up from Sprucefield to Saintfield Road from 7.15am, which gets nasty from 7.30am onwards in the winter, but closer to 8am during the summer.

There'll also be a bit of a build up around Stockman's Lane to Broadway on roughly the same time markers. But it tends to be negotiable with only a few minutes delays until 8am.
