Do not get expanding foam on your hands. (Or anywhere it's not meant to be).

So so true.

A fella in a company I use to work for got sacked for spraying it all over a young apprentice's head.
The cnut also got a kicking a few weeks later from the apprentices older brother.

GIVE SPIDERS the nailbiting experience of a real life indiana Jones adventure by tipping them down a cardboard tube whilst slowly closing the lower end with a playing card. For added excitement roll a Ferrero rocher down the tube and hhave a friend insert cocktail sticks through the side at regular intervals.

No matter how tempting it may be, when listening to music (portable device) via headphones, don't turn up the volume while working with noisy (>93db) electric tools.

When driving, never brake with your right foot, instead of your left.

When driving, never reach through the steering wheel to reset the tripometer - while turning a corner.

When buying a car, check certain things you might not think to check. Like the turning radius.

Also, when sitting in work and listening to music with headphones on, dont think that you just dropped a silent one. It wasnt silent.

That advice makes for some fun experiences.
For added thrills, do it on the motorway when cruising at 140km/h

That makes three of us.  Never known anyone who uses their left foot on the brake.  No wonder there's so many accidents.

They're taking the 'P' I'd say -- not a one of them would have passed the test at that craic.

is it not the most common way to brake with the right foot?

I thought it was only the rally driver types who broke with the left foot and dabbed between brake and accelerator for that rally experience.

Can anyone from Tyrone confirm?

You'll fail the test braking with left, sharpish.

When in a lift, press and hold the number of the floor you want to go to. You by-pass other floors even if people have called it. For police and emergency services but I just do it to be a bastard.

When crossing the border from Thailand into Cambodia at Poipet, do not pay more than US$20 for your visa. If they are not wearing a full Cambodian border agency uniform with a hat+badge, do not give them any money, walk away.

Similarly if the border agency men ask for 100Baht to process your application, go outside to the police and tell them what has happened.

Since the cops are equally crooked; they don't want uppity tourists hanging around to give the gullable tourists any ideas they put you at the front of the queue and you'll be on your way before those who actually paid the extra 100baht.
